The first phase has been completed with an area of 300 mu and a total investment of 220 million Yuan. The second one has an area of 500 mu and a total investment of 1.2 trillion Yuan. It is a key construction project in both Changde and Hunan Province.
In the first phase, the construction was completed for a 108-meter tower production line with an annual output of 300, 000 tons, which is the first in Hunan Province, and a semi-slurry production line with an annual output of 200, 000 tons; In the second phase, a twin tower production line and an organic and inorganic production line are being constructed and commissioned. The annual output will exceed 1 million tons after completion.
